Cement Vibrating Screen Introduction

In cement production line, vibrating screens work with eccentric shaft and drive the main parts to vibrate cement. Cement vibrating screening machines are joints of cement manufacturing process.

Cement vibrating screen moves in a circular motion with multiple layers and high efficiency. The vibrating screen is designed with the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing. It is manufactured with long material screen rifling and many screen specifications.

Cement Vibrating Screen Features

1. Ring groove rivet connection, advanced structure and excellent durability.

2. Designed with a simple structure, with eccentric block as excitation, strong vibrating force, low electricity consumption and low noise.

3. Uses small amplitude, high frequency and big angle structure which enables it to have high screening efficiency and great handling capacity.

4. Uses large clearance bearings and is lubricated with thin oil. It causes little noise and has a long service life.
